Contact us immediately if we don't meet your expectations!

You have 15 days to return your item in unopened, unused condition, in the original packaging. Return shipping is at the customers expense unless the product is damaged upon arrival. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a 5-7 days.


Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at Brittainy@thegoodglitter.com


Shipping 
Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
